Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Atlas Hardware is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds
All returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Fit-Swap Guarantee
The Fit-Swap Guarantee applies to sizing issues only and is subject to our discretion. One swap per order. Does not apply to damage caused by misuse.

All content on this site — including product designs, images, copy, and branding — is the property of Atlas Hardware. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
